Review of GSM/UMTS smartphone Nokia N91 8 Gb

“The most important, craved-for and hyped update – support for A2DP. Hold your breath now, as it is… in! And don’t trust those claiming that it is missing on the N91 8Gb – we managed to pair up Nokia HS-12W and SonyEricsson HBH DS-970 with the handset. In the former case the headset displayed track title properly, but fell flat in terms of sound quality, which could be barely rated as “good”. The “opposing” gadget never delivered any issues with connection or stereo-sound transferring, but track title was missing on its TFT display. The DS-970 offered us excellent sonic experience – its volume level proved to be sufficient and a bit more than that all the time. Both headsets had no problems with volume control and track switching. In passing, the handset’s user guide features Nokia BH-500 as a recommended accessory.” Find out more here:

LG KG920 review: 5 megapixel exotic

“Truth be told, LG KG920 has a quirky design – it’s one of those designs that you just love or hate from the very first glance. The first impressions we got when we saw the device was that it had pretty solid construction. The metallic parts, the high-quality plastics and the visible bolt heads add to the feel of a very sturdy build. The KG920 is not among the smallest or slimmest devices with its dimensions of 108 x 50 x 18 mm, nor is it among the lightest ones with its impressive weight of 138 g which is more suitable for a smartphone or even a PocketPC. Our opinion is that the dimensions are pretty ok, only the weight is a bit too much for our taste.” Read more here:

Review of UMTS communicator HTC P3600 (Trinity)

“HTC P3600 codenamed Trinity (HTC’s developers keep on using imagination for new nicknames of their products), basing off the platform bearing the same name, makes more sense when considered as the successor to the HTC Magician. Listing out the improvements in brief, there are 3G support, enhanced camera module, and the OS powered by a new update pack. In light of the new policy the company applies to the carriers and cooperation with other brands, implying gradual shutting-down of these areas, it is almost for sure that Trinity platform won’t see any third-party solutions, saving for Orange SPV M700, and the models pool will remain the same: HTC P3600 for the European market and Dopod D810 – for Asia.” Read more here:

“Here is a short ad of the Apple iPhone which was telecast during the Academy Awards. Nothing much here but just a bunch of stars saying hello, before we get a glimpse of the iPhone.” via
