Pantech will introduce a 9.9 mm slim slider!

“According to the Korean news sources Pantech is to introduce next month its slimmest handset. Being 9.9 mm thick it is positioned as the slimmest slider ever released on the local market. Currently Samsung is the leader with its 12.9-mm phone. The company could make such a slim phone by using magnetic fields in the opening mechanism.The phone is equipped with a 1.3-megapixel camera, an MP3-player and supports T-DMB. Mio reveiled the new C320 at CeBIT 2007!

“Mio reveiled the new C320 at CeBIT this week. It is one of their really thin, flat systems that feature a 4.3″ wide screen. It is preloaded with maps of 22 Western European countries (by TeleAtlas) thanks to the 1GB internal memory. Whatever’s left from this memory can be used for the storage of MP3 files which can be played with the built-in MP3 player.The C320 supports RDS/TMC live traffic information, but this feature is optional. Other features include the ability to use the 4.3″ screen in split mode to display various information about your journey. Mio C320 also does safety camera warnings.
