“ZTE is preparing to make an investment on Windows Phone devices. The company’s CMO has confirmed that the WP-based device “probably” will hit the market in 2012. Exec Victor Xu told ZDNet that they “had some discussions with Microsoft” but currently they are “just watching” the market’s response to the Windows Phone platform. Now that ZTE has jump into Windows Phone, it’s only a matter of time to see more and more manufacturer to join in with their own WP handset idea.
